1. Agreement to Terms
For purposes of this agreement, "Site" refers to the Company's website, which can be accessed at www.florian-bonnet.com. "Services" refers to the Company's services accessed via the Site, in which users can access free digital products and purchase digital products and mentorship sessions. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Company. "You" refers to you as a user of our Site and/or our Services.
The following Terms of Use apply when you view or use the Services via our website located at www.florian-bonnet.com
By accessing and using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the Site.
By accessing or using the Services, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety, you may not access or use the Service.
2. About the Services
The Site offers digital goods for purchase through one-time payments and professional mentoring services. The Site is operated by an independent freelancer based in Europe.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 Our Content
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
3.2 Your Content and Trademarks
Any trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site that are not our property remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms should be construed as granting any license or right to use any third-party trademarks displayed on the Site without the prior written consent of their respective owners.
4. Digital Goods, Mentoring Services, and Purchases
4.1 Payment Terms and Payment Processing
All purchases, including digital goods and mentoring sessions, are one-time payments. Prices are displayed in EURO and include all applicable taxes where required by law.
In consideration for access to the Product provided by the Company, the Client agrees to compensate the Company the fee indicated for each product on the cart. If any payment methods are declined by the online payment processor, the Client shall provide a new eligible payment method before receiving access to the Product. In the event the Client has already been given access to the Product and a payment method is declined, the Company reserves the right to collect any and all outstanding receivables.
4.2 Digital Goods Delivery
Upon successful payment, digital goods will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during purchase within 48 hours. Would there be issues out of our control at the third-party providers used to deliver the goods, we are not responsible for delays in the delivery of the goods.
The Client will have lifetime access to the materials so long as the product(s) is/are available.
The Company hereby grants to Client one (1) exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, license to use the Products. Client understands and agrees that the Product materials may not be shared with any third party. In the event the Company suspects that the Product is being shared with another party, Company reserves the right to immediately terminate Client’s access to the Product and engage in legal action they see fit.
4.3 Mentoring Services
Mentoring services are provided remotely via Google Meet. Sessions must be scheduled in advance via the Calendly services and are subject to availability. The duration of each session is as specified in the purchase description.
4.4 Cancellation and Rescheduling
Mentoring sessions can be rescheduled up to forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled time and up to one (1) time.
Cancellation requests made at least seven (7) days before the scheduled session time may be eligible for a refund.
No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.
4.5 Refund Policy
Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided unless required by applicable law.
Mentoring Services: Refunds may be provided for cancellations made within the specified timeframe as outlined in section 4.4
5. User Contributions and Feedback
5.1 Feedback
If you provide any feedback, suggestions, improvements, or recommendations regarding the Site ("Feedback"), you hereby grant us an unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, free license to use, implement, and incorporate such Feedback in any manner without any obligation of compensation or attribution to you.
6. Limitations of Use
You agree not to:
Attempt to circumvent any technical measures we use to provide the Service
Use any automated systems or software to extract data from the Site
Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Site owner
Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site

7.1 General Disclaimer
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
7.2 Mentoring Services Disclaimer
While we strive to provide valuable mentoring services, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results from mentoring sessions. The success of the mentoring relationship depends on various factors, including but not limited to the mentee's dedication, implementation of advice, and market conditions.
7.3 Digital Product Services Disclaimer
The content of all Digital Products is based on our experience, knowledge, and research under transformative fair use. We attempted our best to ensure the accuracy of the information; however, Digital Product may contain inaccuracies, typos, or other errors. We assume no responsibility for such errors and omissions. All Digital Products are for general interest, education, and informational use only and do not include legal or financial advice. We make no guarantees you will attain a particular result and income using the ideas presented in the Digital Products. The Client purchase and use of our Digital Products do not establish a professional working relationship between the Client and the Company.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.
